Foremost in its service to the art community is the maintenance of a studio workshop.​

In 1992, the PAP workshop/studio moved to its present location, a 100 square meters area at the rear of the Folk Arts Theater in CCP Complex provided by the CCP.  It houses printmaking facilities (etching press, lithography press and other materials) for the use of artists.

It is not only where artists produce their edition of  prints but also serves as the venue for training,  print demos of different techniques,  workshops by local and foreign master printmakers, talks and interactions.
